關於跑步的心跳 - 健身

平時心跳大約是56左右
我照公式算了一下 有效心跳大約是140
我跑兩公里 14.5分鐘 心跳接近180
這樣我會跑的太劇烈心跳太快嗎?
需要跑慢一點 還是跑短一點 還是沒有關係??
我跑步只是為了運動 而且再不久就要當兵了 平時很少運動
我只是想知道 心跳180對我來說會不會太高爆掉@@
請大家賜教 感謝~
