現在產後快2個月了,但是還有10公斤在身上= = +
所以最近也開始要來跳鄭多燕
昨天跳了第一片
跳完手臂真的爆痠的
但是今天早上醒來連腰跟腿都痠
有個問題想問問大家
就是跳之前有需要先暖身嗎?
那跳完之後要收操嗎??
還是都不用 跟著做就好????
