關於鄭多燕體操 - 美體

最近有感於體力不佳、下身身材不好等因素 決定找一個可以不用出門也可以做的有氧運動(不出門運動是因為實在是挪不出時間)
一開始影片的動作很簡單 到後來有些動作就越來越困難了 只是稍稍做個幾下大腿就會開始發抖(感覺比較像抽蓄)
請問有在做鄭多燕體操的大大們 體操是要量力而為嗎? 還是要全部都做??我只有做一開始的13分鐘就不行了QQ
