想請問一下,爬文都建議重訓有氧建議分天
但在幾乎每天有氧的情況下想要加入重訓
(每天早上早餐前x-bike一小時,重訓時間多在中午或以後)
當天的有氧需要減量或乾脆暫停嗎?
還是只要不覺得累就可以?
還是說隔這麼久(大概四小時)已經可以算是分天了呢?
啊另外再請問,有看到類似
「重訓長肌肉增加基代,可幫助減脂,所以雙管齊下效果好」
可是......女生不是不太會長肌肉嗎(哭)
我以前去過重訓室看到在做重訓的女生,都只是瘦瘦的脂肪少
感覺實際上還是沒什麼肌肉
還是其實未必要肌肥大,提昇肌耐力也可以提高基代呢?
