什麼有氧運動,高強度間歇運動,生酮,低碳飲食我都做過了,只能減體脂,對減內臟脂肪效果都看不見。
唯有對我有效的方法是做個幾次48小時以上的斷食,每次幾乎都能減0.3以上內臟脂肪。
