熱量 269大卡
蛋白質 18.6公克
脂肪 10.1公克
碳水 28.3公克
食材:
雞蛋 2顆
南瓜 約200公克
花椰菜 約100公克
水 100c.c.
作法:
1. 先將南瓜蒸熟
2. 將蒸熟的南瓜去皮,去皮後的南瓜用湯匙壓成泥狀。
3. 打兩顆蛋,將南瓜泥拌入。
4. 放入花椰菜。
5. 加入100c.c.
6. 入電鍋蒸熟,完成。
