從小到大..
就不怎麼愛吃飯..但這個冬天開始胖了三公斤..50---->53..165cm
於是..看了些減肥的書..
有本就說適當攝取澱粉是有助減重的..尤其白飯較佳..
於是這兩個禮拜就早中都有吃一碗白飯..
早上配煎蛋<自己煎>和炒青菜<可控制油量>..和一小瓶多多..
中午配燙青菜.但跟老板交代只加油膏..
和一小塊魚肉加肥肉<我不愛吃瘦的..從小只吃肥的..>和半顆蘋果或橘子
晚上的白飯我就三分之一碗配一小碟自己愛吃的東西..
我自己研發的杏鮑菇蒸蛋!!攪拌成一碗配薑絲蛤蜊湯或冬瓜排骨湯..
這兩個禮拜大概都這樣吃..
只是原則變成..中晚不喝飲料..早上可喝..以一瓶為主..
不碰炸的烤的..炒和蒸可以..
三餐都要吃菜!..水我本來就攝取的多..3500~4000...原本的習慣..
一天的飲食在七點前GAME OVER!!八點半去小跑步或散步一個小時..
回家跳個舞..< 會隨著HIP-HOP跳舞..把房間當夜店..XD >
大概都11.12點睡..今天公司聚餐..回來較晚..呵呵..我沒大吃特吃.有點到為止..
<倒是不小心喝了紅酒數杯..沒吃到白飯..orz..>
剛洗澡完量..很神奇瘦了5kg @"@b...
這是我減的最放鬆和最棒的一次!!
喔!!早上都比以前早起一小時..!八點半起來..
總之..我對白飯大大改觀!!給大家參考喔!!^_^b
