已經駝背多年一直被朋友們提醒
但是每次想努力維持挺胸的姿勢 大約幾個鐘頭就會開始背痠
結果搞得不管挺不挺胸都不舒服
也穿過挺胸背心來輔助 但是夏天的時候太熱就破功穿不住
不知道有沒有甚麼方法或是小動作可以訓練自己
