最近出現了一個非常詭異的問題
因為自己是易胖體質 所以會用運動來控制體重
運動的話...
每天伏地挺身*50 仰臥起坐*50
X-Bike 阻力6 or 7 心跳140 騎45分鐘
阻力太低對我來說沒啥感覺也不會流汗=.=...
體重是有控制住 體脂也維持在正常標準
只是...天殺的最近超容易餓
明明吃的一樣多
早餐:水果一盒(樂扣保鮮盒一盒)、飯大概兩碗吧、偶爾吃吃喜歡吃的點心
中餐:甜湯、素菜三樣
晚餐:跟中餐差不多
一天下來早餐吃最多(而且應該是...超多XD)
中晚餐就普普通通
但自從運動多家仰臥起坐之後就變得好容易餓
每天下午三點跟晚上十點左右就開始豬上身
一整個想吃東西 可是又不敢吃
想問說如果餓了就該吃嗎?? 還是多吃...多贅肉=.=...
