以前隨便吃都會破基代 甚至整個爆表
但現在工作的地方 伙食(中、晚兩餐)真的難吃到爆炸
我這個不挑食的人 都吃不大下 一餐吃的份量 熱量看起來大概都只有兩百卡
加上早餐大約三百到五百卡 一天我怎麼吃 只要不喝飲料、吃點心、宵夜的話
一天的熱量真的怎麼吃都超不過基代
爬文都強調一定要吃到基代
說長期沒吃到基代 會導致基代下降
反而更難減
搞的我非常的煩惱 到底多久沒吃到基代 會產生降的情況呢!?
