那請問每天騎1小時 轉速維持30 阻力2跟3有很大差別嗎?
我平常都調阻力2
3採起來超喘的 腿部很酸 代表他可以練點肌肉??
不過
騎x-bike真是很神奇
個人認為最痛苦是騎到20-40分時
超過40分要達到60分就很簡單了
還好有電視陪伴我 ...
我騎了10天
下半身尺寸大多減少1公分 算很快
我的腰居然26吋到23.5吋 嚇死我了...
但是大腿根部就是不瘦...真討厭
