騎X-BIKE心跳的問題 - 美體

在騎X-BIKE之前
我會跳一片鄭多燕((現在幾乎都是跳第一片,應該是第一代的
然後騎30分鐘的X-BIKE
維持在3 轉速約35~40
我都會踩到臉紅 汗用滴的
但是不管我怎麼踩
心跳都頂多在90幾~100初
試著增加轉速心跳率也沒提高
就是無法達到130
也有停下來自己測一分鐘心跳也大概100初左右
請問要如何提高心跳率呢
沒達到130是不是就不能消耗脂肪呢
在麻煩大家提供意見給我參考
