原po體重目前尚可 沒有太需要減肥
但因為運動少 所以大腿和臀部曲線不夠好看
(肥肉也大多集中在那邊T_T)
以前有買了一台x-bike
想趁最近比較閒來雕塑身型
但不知這樣的運動對雕塑成效好嗎?
或是應該增加其他運動呢?

P.S. 因膝蓋有輕微舊傷 對膝蓋負擔太大的運動不適宜(例如深蹲)
