骨架小的瘦子求建議 - 健身

如題 小弟本人已年過30 不過由於一直以來都很瘦、骨架又小 所以最近才開始發奮增肌
先附上inbody表

目前健身菜單是一週4練 用胸背腿肩的順序
日常飲食分配
早:50g燕麥+2顆水煮蛋+嘉南羊乳
午:250g飯+100克雞胸肉 菜隨意
下午:20g堅果+200g地瓜
晚:同中午,250g飯、100g雞胸肉和菜
宵夜:50g燕麥+2匙乳清
請問各位巨巨 這樣的菜單是否ok?
有想要在早餐和午餐間多加一餐 不過不知有什麼比較適合吃的?
一個月認真吃 體重增了1kg左右 增肌速度似乎沒有很快? 目標是能在今年底達到70kg
不過由於肩膀小、又有點圓肩 跟其他同體重的人比起來還是小了好幾號
有什麼部位是可以優先練 讓自己看起來有明顯改變的嗎? 是肩膀還是背比較適合
