從決定跑步開始已經過了兩個月
今天又去康是美量了一次體脂(5/29)
體重 53.2 kg
體脂 15.4 %
跟一個月前同一家康是美的比較(4/28)
體重 53.0 kg
體脂 17.3 % (還沒打算跑步前 體脂大約20%)
這兩個月以來每週平均跑步四次以上
前兩個星期本來體脂沒啥變化 -- 體重53.2kg 體脂 17.4% (5/13)
近兩週增加跑步強度
體脂降了好快! 但體重沒有掉!
請問這樣是正常的嗎?
從數據上來看,我脂肪掉了...肌肉增加
不過我除了跑步外,頂多加減伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、舉啞鈴
莫非跑步也有增肌的效果???
