體脂的變動 - 健身

請教各位前輩
我一周前有發文問菜單,這星期搭配運動明顯褲子鬆了、穿不下的衣服能穿下了
體重下降約1公斤多,體脂也掉了有1%左右!!!!!
可是>< 就在今天早上量體重時(歐瑟若),竟然~~~~體重多了0.2(不在意),
但體脂多了0.3!!!!(沒喝水,也上過廁所了),我以為有誤或沒站穩,量了三次都一樣。
我每晚快走慢跑1小時,隔天體脂大略也只降0.1左右,
可昨晚因為右腳小腿痛沒運動,去推拿,結果今早體脂竟然上升0.3
(體態目測不出差別)
昨天早餐:土司夾蛋 沙拉只刷一片 有菜有番茄片
午餐:便當 蔬菜便當 飯吃了2/3 (飯量目測1平碗)
對不起版娘給我的菜單,中午熱死了,只想快點買吃的回家避暑
晚餐:便當 三菜加了滷雞腿(去皮)
媽媽沒煮飯
我的基代1600
我從早上8點多一直爬文,想說可能是誤差,也不該這麼計較0.3
但腦子就一直對昨天沒運動有罪惡感= =,因此硬著頭皮po文問問看
怎麼會這樣??哪裡錯了嗎??
早上爬文爬到差點去敗了x-bike
