在下班很晚的時候
如果以現在流行的7分鐘超強運動
開合跳->椅子->伏地挺身->仰臥起坐->......->左右支撐身體
可以取代慢跑嗎?
我想7分鐘超強運動的好處在於
可以在家裡做
隨時隨地都可以
也不用換運動衣服出門
對於上班族來說相當便利
但不知道效果是否真的可以取代慢跑?
假設做7分鐘超強運動3-4回合
也就是大約20-30分鐘的運動長度
可以取代慢跑嗎?
