前陣子公司的體檢報告出來,我的體脂肪超標同事很多本來想吃燕麥聽說會降體脂肪,但同事跟我說他吃了1個月的燕麥,體脂肪有掉一點點,但體重卻增加了2公斤…聽到我都不敢吃了!賈永婕最近好像代言優青素,功效主要是降體脂肪的好想知道到底有沒有效我之前也買過宣稱能降體脂肪的綠茶來喝但喝綠茶真的沒有用第一次聽過人體實驗認證 感覺很可靠能不能吃優青素減肥降體脂啊?
