體脂肪高的嚇人 - 健身

小妹今年4月開始運動
(今年4月以前幾乎沒有在運動)
每天中午利用1個小時到學校健身房
先做30分鐘重量訓練,再做30分鐘有氧(踏步機、腳踏車)
逢六日休息
這樣持續了兩個月後我決定加入家裡附近的健身房
一個禮拜最少三天去健身房運動
運動一樣是採取先重訓,再有氧
一天手、胸、腹,一天大腿、小腿、臀輪流做
健身房都可以測體脂肪
前兩個禮拜我才突然想到要去測
我身高155,體重48,BMI20,體脂肪31
被朋友們恥笑這是產後婦女的體脂肪..............
想請問版眾,體脂肪這麼高的情況下,是不是有氧要加重?
