體脂降了2% 體重卻只降了一點? - 減肥

我習慣每周量體重一次
從開始減肥的第一周 體重50.1KG 體脂26.1
第二周量 體重49.2 體脂25.4
第三周因為剛好遇到比較多次聚餐
一不小心放縱了一下 所以這周非但沒有瘦
體重還上升到49.3 體脂還飆回26.1
這周因為上周的受挫所以增加了運動量 飲食控制也更加嚴苛一點
體重卻只有下降到48.6 體脂卻來到24.0
我不太懂 為什麼體之下降的比以往要多
體重卻只有下降一點點呢?
這是好現象表示我沒減到肌肉反而是正確的減到了脂肪嗎?
