體脂飆高,破30 - 減肥

今天去康是美量了一下體脂肪,一看到數值,真的差點昏倒!!
我的身高156,體重54,外型看起來就是微胖、比較多肉的樣子,其實減肥也減了一陣子了,大概幾個月前去量,當時的體脂大約24,已偏高,當時就更加重我要減肥的決心,所以後來就開始控制飲食,偶爾運動(我承認運動次數不多,但以前是從不運動),白開水的量也增加,一天喝2000cc,每天最晚12點睡覺……想不到今天再量體脂,我竟然看到31.4這個數字,一度懷疑機器是不是壞掉了XD
為什麼?為什麼?為什麼?
我的菜單大概是這樣:
早餐:正常吃,燒餅加蛋、一般烤火腿蛋(培根蛋)土司、蛋餅……(擇一吃),
配一杯罐裝咖啡(有糖)
午餐:不吃或吃很少(無糖豆漿、通心粉沙拉、地瓜…,擇一吃)
下午茶:偶爾吃個小餅乾,量不多
晚餐:低熱量關東煮、蔬菜類的魯味、麵包……
晚餐有時候因為要上課,為求方便,我都買麵包,一星期大概會吃三次
我知道自己減肥的菜單其實不太OK,不運動只是減掉水分而以,BUT…怪的是,
我這樣吃很久了,就連所謂的水分也沒減掉,體重就勉強維持不再上升,
體型沒變,體脂飆高!!
另外,我有很嚴重的便秘問題,在這期間,曾看了大概二個月的中醫,便秘問題有改善,
現在停藥後,好像就失效了~
今天真的讓我很沮喪,不曉得是不是自己身體出了問題??
姑且不論我的菜單是不是不健康,就算體脂不降,至少體重也會降吧,然而就是沒有,
喝了那麼多水,便秘也沒改善……
大家可以給我一些建議嗎?請先不要鞭我的減重方法,我的疑惑是,一般人用這種
「減水分」的減重方法,幾乎都可以瘦一些,為何我完全沒動靜?
還有,體脂31.4,感覺很驚人,我的飲食會讓體脂變成這樣嗎?
