BMI: 27 BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文,若有其他特殊原因(如運動員或特殊需求)
需減至BMI<18.5者請至Fitness板、MuscleBeach板發文
體脂率:35.9% (原本是35.2%) (若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量)

三餐內容
早餐:美而美早餐(香雞堡+中溫紅)
午餐:用電磁爐煮冬粉半把+雞蛋一顆+青菜100G~200G+金針菇一把
晚餐:不吃或是統一無糖高纖豆漿一瓶
其他:(可免填)UCC原味拿鐵咖啡(240ML 135卡)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)睡覺:晚上12點睡到早上6:50
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)上班族
減肥方式:(例如:每周三次,每次慢跑30分鐘)少吃+控制卡洛里
問題陳述:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
幾乎每天飲食如上,每天體重約下降0.2KG,可是體脂肪卻上升了,
請問我吃錯了嗎?!還是要如何改進呢?!謝謝~~~
