之前迷上吃餅乾的習慣
暴肥了六公斤
後來開始瘋狂運動
每天至少騎30km的腳踏車
有時比較閒,會騎到70km
時速大約20-25km
騎完後會做伸展一個小時
飲食習慣仍無改變
當我站上體重計時
體重還是一樣,可是我感覺到贅肉好像變少
我該感到高興嗎?聽說肌肉更難瘦?
我的肚子有平一點,胸部有變大,但是臉還是一樣腫
該怎麼辦?
