體重降低但是體脂肪增加..... - 減肥

本魯蛇弟最近開始減肥 運動,採取的方法較為激烈(個人認為!!)
就是一天只吃一餐(晚餐~6點前),早上會喝一大杯豆漿+一顆蛋
灌大量水 平均2000cc以上,早上睡醒起床後(約5 6點)開始重訓一小時
傍晚的時候跑步約4~5公里,接著去量了體重體脂如圖http://ppt.cc/voUh
身高182 25y ~"~ 小魯蛇弟雖然成功減重了!!! 但對於這數據感到擔憂
怎麼體脂增加那麼多@@ 都沒減到脂肪的意思嗎orz 每天重訓把肌肉
操到消了嗎....而且基礎代謝也下降好多 這是代表變不健康嗎
