我的資料:
24歲/ 160公分/ 54公斤/ 體脂25%/ 基代1200
目前菜單:
早餐 大杯豆漿+起司蛋蕃茄三明治
午晚餐 飯+大量的燙青菜+肉
基本上不挑食 也不會吃到很飽 總之不會餓到
真的嘴很纔時 會塞一個巧克力 或喝牛奶 蘇打餅乾
運動量:
慢跑+走一個小時+手部重訓
因為腿還太多肉 所以腿部重訓想等瘦到50再開始
晚上回家後會做一些很基本的抬腿 腳踏車 瑜珈的東西
我的問題:
體脂實在太可怕 嚇死我了XDDDDD
而且如果我要瘦到46公斤的話
這個做法持續下去是對的嗎?
