我想請問大家在減肥期間
有哪運動是能在房間裡(或是床)做的嘛?
而且可以達到瘦身的效果
還有阿我減肥遇到了一個瓶頸~
我之前的減肥方法是
喝很多的水 三餐正常 不吃零食 不吃宵夜 不熬夜(11點之前就睡了)
我還有坐抬腿運動 和 瘦臀部的運動(就是腹部上抬那招)
抬腿是一隻腳很慢的20下 瘦臀部是一下維持10秒鐘總共20下
這樣做下來要花一個小時左右的時間
但我還是胖回去了一公斤╰(‵皿′*)╯
我都是早上八點多到九點量體重
最近的體重都在50 51跑 都降不下來
本人160公分 算是小厚片人
我大多的脂肪都在大腿連屁股那個地區 和手臂蝴蝶袖
我的體脂是 18 三圍是32E/25/36吋 大腿圍是19吋
請問我現在最需要的減肥方法是哪一種呢?
我想要瘦到48or47 用我之前的減肥方法有可能可以達到嘛?
