之前有陣子劇瘦...(不是很健康的生活造成)
從55公斤變成45公斤....
身體很多地方(ex:肚子、大腿)的皮都很鬆垮,
雖然沒有肉....但都能直接拉出一大片皮 囧!
不知道有沒有辦法能夠讓皮不這麼鬆垮嚇人@@?
