三餐內容
早餐: 紅茶 加100ml 低脂牛奶 不抹沙拉蛋吐司或鮪魚吐司 控制在600卡
午餐: 自助餐 半碗飯 或湯麵不喝湯 配1科拳頭大的水果
晚餐: special k 麥米片 低脂牛奶一杯
其他:週一至週五 上班一定喝水2500cc
日常作息時間:作息很正常 晚上11點半就睡覺
生活型態:
減肥方式: 每週至少三次快走半小時
瓶頸:實施減肥計畫2周了~~~~
我想飲食我已經每天控制1500-1700卡左右
有上班時間 一定喝到2500cc
不知道是不是我運動量太少了? 還是年紀到了?
怎麼這麼難瘦阿? 再不瘦1公斤~~~我快沒動力了~
