體脂率:30.多

三餐內容
早餐:自家麵粉做成麵條約10-15條(約1cm*10-15cm) 兩塊肉(排骨,兩塊約一顆雞蛋大)
一把青菜 煮成清湯麵(不加味精)
(有時會加一顆蛋)
午餐:自行帶便當 一個半拳頭的飯(5顆雞蛋左右) 三樣菜(每樣約2顆雞蛋以下)
一兩塊肉(通常是魯的~約一顆雞蛋以下) 有時會多一顆蛋
晚餐:餛飩湯 或者餛飩麵(外面買,餛飩湯55元那種~4-5個餛飩,餛飩麵2-3個餛飩+麵)
或者有時吃麵包(小七麵包大概都控制在300大卡以內)
約五點半六點吃完 下班就跑去運動或回家
其他:我不喝冷飲 平常只喝溫水 最近有喝花茶或康福茶(自己泡)
平均每個月會吃外面3-5次 就套餐之類的(日本料理居多~量就不一定)
有時候中午有時候晚上
日常作息時間:六點起床吃早餐 出門上班會搭車到公司前三站用走的
下班後每周會去游泳2-3次 一次約2小時
(實際在游20分鐘休息去蒸氣或SPA後再繼續游~ 最少2-3次,所以大概是40-60分鐘
分批次游)
最晚,晚上十二點以前會睡覺(通常11點不到就累到睡著~~~)
阿月來的時候游泳暫停(不過我阿月頂多三天,所以那周還是會游一次~PS.阿月都很準時)
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:游泳(目前一周最少兩次,最多三次)
上班走路20分鐘(3站)
下班走路20分鐘(有游泳下班就沒走路)
問題陳述:從3月開始游泳 體重一直上升 體脂也沒有下降 看起來也沒有變瘦>"<|||
所以4月有去看了新陳代謝 驗血後醫生說正常
去年突然從50-51在三個多月左右胖了胖到60~(除了沒有游泳 生活方式飲食幾乎一樣)
然後就維持到今年過年60-61跑來跑去
去年胖的時候體脂也在30.多(50公斤左右的體脂康適美量記得27-28左右,
以上體脂都是康適美量的,我家體脂量起來永遠都超過30以上)
游泳兩個月後去量體脂沒有下降 體重還一直上升.........(運動到現在胖了快三公斤)
(家裡量體重是電子的,可量體脂,醫院量體重也是用電子的)
不曉得是我運動不足?!還是我吃太多阿~~~~~~(或者吃太少?!)
