BMI:22.1 上下
體脂率:26% 生理期前兩周

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:幾乎都是 馬可先生的土司(沒餡料的)抹花生醬 2片+無糖豆漿 300 c.c+蘋果or芭樂 半顆
午餐:幾乎都是 燙青菜 1.5碗+ 烤魚or燙雞肉 1份+馬可先生 2片+水煮蛋1顆
晚餐:燙青菜 1.5晚+兩口白飯
其他:每天水分至少1800 c.c.‧下午 水果蘋果or芭樂+無味綜合堅果 直徑5公分‧
運動後一杯無糖熱豆漿‧食材都是自己煮燙,不是重口味的
日常作息時間:9:00~18:00上班、20:30~10:00健身房、1:00~7:30睡覺
生活型態:office lady
健康狀況:良好, 無下述問題
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?

運動習慣: 一禮拜運動4~5天,一禮拜瑜珈2堂(1 hr/堂) 如下:
持續2個月有氧:滑步機 30 分鐘, 心跳平均125~135
持續2個禮拜重訓(15下/組, 每種作3組, 不記得磅數@@健身旁都直接貼數字在上面):腹部
扭轉機 重量5片+夾腿機 重量7片+趴著後踢抬腿的機器 重量4片
我的問題:持續運動2個月體重都在1kg內起伏,沒有瘦,體脂也才降1%.腿圍、腰圍、
臀圍沒一個變小, 到底是我運動菜單太單一還是飲食出了問題? 怎麼可以什麼都沒變化?
