體脂率驚人的直線上升QQ
而且內容看起來超離奇的

我到底有多虛弱 囧
雖然大家都說我看起來沒有很肥
但想到體脂率都佔身體的三分之一就覺得很可怕

三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:熱豆漿一杯+玉米蛋餅/燒餅夾蛋
有時候是7-11加小熱美的39元套餐
午餐:外食(麵/飯 一份)
晚餐:外食(有時候忙起來忘記吃)
其他:便秘非常嚴重 所以想到就會吃香蕉(但好像沒有差?)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
晚上12點左右睡

去年每周游泳一次(2小時)、睡前仰臥起坐50下、每週慢跑三次 完全沒有反應(肚子反

目前(持續半年左右):每週慢跑三次每次30分鐘,心跳120左右(沒有每次量 但都會有
點喘、流汗)
有時候為了省車費會走路回家(30~40分鐘)中正區走到中山區

從有記憶以來,我的肚子就一直存在了。
媽媽總是說那是嬰兒肥,長大就會消,我也一直這麼深信不疑,卻自動忽略她肚子上跟我
很像的那一坨。
就算我小時候過輕的時候肚子都還在,根本除了家人最不離不棄的存在了。
然後一直到上大學才發現這一坨完全佔了身體很多的脂肪量,但不管修了超級充實的有氧
課,或是坐遊覽車去玩的高爾夫球,四年來我的體脂完美的維持在30以上…
懷疑有點遺傳因素在,因為我的媽媽妹妹也是四肢超纖細但肚子超凸,仿佛一隻青蛙。而
且就算妹妹超瘦而且有運動時也是有小腹QQ
認真考慮要加入健身房,自己運動沒有成效很灰心而且可能是我用錯方式。
前一陣子還努力的煮雞胸肉吃茶葉蛋,但成本不低而且回到家沒什麼時間煮,所以這兩個
禮拜都沒有再煮了。今天看到這個成果 頓時覺得十分失敗TTATT
之前聽說要先減體脂再重訓增肌但是一直無法成功,是要調整運動型態?還是再調整飲食
呢?
