我已經減重了兩個月有餘
已經瘦了2kg
身材變化也很明顯
我對自己的減重計畫還算滿意
但是問題來了
膝蓋關節開始出問題
我週一到五都會快走or散步一小時
或是跑走各30min總計1h
現在膝蓋好痛
從坐著站起來的過程就會痛
上樓梯的某個角度也會痛QQ
這是在告訴我別走這麼多路嗎QQ?
除了快走與慢跑外
我偶爾也會跳有氧舞蹈
但快走還是最方便的啊><
大家快走也會膝蓋痛嗎?
若是的話你們會替換成何運動?
