開刀後做了牙縫過大的傳統矯正
2020.02.07手臂一修
那時候剛好遇到白牌司機事件所以從開刀前住院到出院只花了三天,贖金96146
術後在家貼美容膠的照片

之後因為疫情的關係,不斷延後手術的日期,不是怕被傳染,而是怕佔用醫療資源,當時
連口罩跟手套都缺乏啊!
但似乎沒有平息的時候QQ
疫情比較緩和的時候,2021.01.08大腿、臀部贅皮一修,手臂二修,這次手術費跟第一次
差不多都接近20萬,但因為我開完痛到快往生整整花了三天才回魂根本不想去記到底多少
錢。
醫師說第三次傷口接近兩公尺,要打止痛只有嗎啡有效,貧困人口如我一想到「全自費」
三個字,再想到沒有健保價的嗎啡,硬是咬牙撐過去QAQ
一共住院16天,每天都在跟我媽介紹這瓶點滴做什麼的大概多少錢,大概是隔壁生理食鹽
水的幾倍價格,那罐抗生素要價一千六哇喔這就是金錢的味道(?)。

目前恢復運動兩個月,體重60~65之間浮動。

慣例的照騙
無他修圖真心好用所以痣會消失或是因為自拍鏡像跑去對側。
加上牙套的加成整個下巴都拉出來了,但相對要忍受會卡粉的法令紋(認真)

※怎麼瘦的?
均衡飲食,規律運動。
※花多久時間?
這一次減重到目前為止五年。
※怎麼瘦大腿?小腿?不要瘦到胸?
施主,沒有局部瘦哪裡這回事,一切都是看基因,尤其是小腿跟奶。
※可不可以幫我開飲食跟運動菜單?
無法,每個人生活型態不一樣,我也沒有多餘的時間去幫其他人做規劃還有督促。
避免加工物,攝取原型食物,不管你要斷食生酮低碳還是碳循環。
原則就是
總熱量要控制好
適當調配三大營養素(脂肪、碳水、蛋白質)
攝取足夠水份
充足的睡眠
規律的運動
如果你飲食習慣很糟糕,一開始我會建議食物全過秤並且紀錄每一口吃進去的食物,有很
多免付費的APP其實還蠻好用的,例如myfitnesspal。
運動方面請循序漸進,依照體能找自己感興趣且身體不會不舒服的方式去慢慢提升強度。
大體重請避免跳躍跟跑步,橢圓機或是滑步機是我們的好朋友。
※我沒辦法戒掉含糖飲料跟鹹酥雞臭豆腐但我真的很想瘦怎麼辦?
施主,阿姨我僅存的青春有限,不要浪費我打字回覆的時間,放過我吧。(真的有人這樣

※贅皮手術會不會留疤?
會!而且很長,我現在全身的傷口接近三公尺,剛開完刀的時候
真的很可怕,但是疤痕會慢慢淡化,而且刀口也會藏在不明顯的地方。
但如果你比贅皮更在意疤痕,那我會建議你不要開刀,林北這次開刀後給當時有好感的對
象看傷口照,對方馬上謝謝再見不聯絡,還好林北夠堅強(帥氣撥瀏海)。
※為什麼手術要一修二修?
這個視個人體質跟贅皮嚴重度而定,我的贅皮太嚴重而皮膚已經沒有彈性了,強迫醫師一
次開到極限反而會造成傷口裂開的可能性,以這次臀腿贅皮手術的情況來說,我光是第一
次穿壓力衣就不小心拉裂了臀部下緣的傷口,多吃一個月的抗生素。
※可不可以推薦我醫生?
不可以,我不是來廣告的,而且我也沒有收取任何人的贊助,我只會建議你找離家近方便
回診的醫院,不要一口氣想做很多部位,大體重贅皮恢復很吃個人體質,而我們皮膚通常
都不太健康有彈性。
※瘦下來後可以恢復以前的飲食嗎?
當然不行啊,你瘦下來的方式要維持一輩子才不會復胖啊,要是我現在餐餐兩個便當四個
麵包還是五包維力炸醬麵加三顆蛋,我也會跟吹氣球一樣變回以前的體重的。
※想瘦下來的動機?
為了站在喜歡的人身邊發光發亮讓他驕傲的說這是強者我朋友,可惜目前已經沒聯絡,人
蔘吶(望向遠方)。
