常常看到版上有人問:我可不可以在幾個月內瘦X公斤或降X%的體脂?
今天想分享一下某位選手花了15個月的減脂心得
身高體重體脂不詳,因為他堅信鏡子是檢測自己唯一的好朋友

這邊我要來說明一下,他的運動跟飲食
每2天15分鐘的重量訓練(練一休一,胸背腿肩手分開訓練)
強度不是初學者能忍受的高,不建議學習模仿
除了重量訓練之外,還有30分中的有氧(很快的快走)
以及長達15個月的飲食控制【6天水煮1天休息】【早餐隨意吃】
這裡的水煮不是只是用水煮煮,還是有攝取適量的鹽分(電解質很重要)
飲食也不完全是無油,而是攝取好的油脂
補上飲食!
