最近在實驗懶人備餐法,一天吃15顆雞蛋+1000g的青菜,算法大概如下:
每日基礎代謝1750
一日熱量消耗2000(未運動)
炒雞蛋*15,1200卡,99g蛋白質
水煮青菜*1000g,250卡
這樣吃,每日可達550卡熱量赤字
但我實際把15顆蛋炒出來,發現份量有點驚人,體積遠遠超過雞胸肉。
