體脂率過30%健康出問題 - 健身

近十幾年來已經有三次這種狀況
發現身體出狀況時都是剛好體脂率30左右
每次都是大概花三個月左右讓體脂率降下來之後
症狀就減輕了
幾個月前我有以下幾個症狀/狀況:
(身高165體重56-57,體脂29-30)
1.走路感覺無力
2.胃食道逆流復發
3.定期體檢發現低膽固醇紅字(超過一點點)
4.腰圍變很粗史上最粗
5.體脂計內臟脂肪4 史上第一次
6.有兩次半夜被自己打呼吵醒,過去沒打呼過
7.肥到有雙下巴(舌頭放嘴巴中下面的位置,已改成貼上顎,目前是不管放哪都沒雙下巴
了)
目前以上狀況透過增加運動量與活動量後已全部解決
走路變有力、持續數月的胃食道逆流沒了
低膽固醇降了10
腰圍減少8公分
內臟脂肪3
2019年也有過胃食道逆流復發
也是花大概三個月增加運動量把體脂減低幾趴之後症狀沒了
因為已經不是第一次這樣
我在懷疑我是不是體脂超過30趴健康就會出問題
但我前陣子看到政府調查統計大多數台灣女生約有九成體脂都超過30
總不可能全台灣九成女性健康都有狀況吧?
還是我只要想我這個人體質就是這樣就好了?
煩請前輩們指點迷津 感恩
