各位板友好~
小妹想增重5kg(希望也能長胸部>///<)
身高166cm 體重44kg 體脂18% 內脂1%(沒錯就是1%...)
肌肉骨骼率31% 身體年齡18歲(實歲快27了...)
平日飲食:
早餐-1個波蘿麵包or火腿蛋吐司+中紅or中奶
(早餐有時候接近11點才會吃完)
午餐-1個便當or1份日式定食的飯量
點心-仙貝2片or健達繽紛樂1條(或大概的熱量)
晚餐-1碗白飯+2菜1肉1湯
平常運動只有從公車站快走回家大概15分鐘,
以及辦公需要常常在各處室之間來回快走...
請問各位板友有沒有什麼建議呢? 謝謝~^^
