身材不好請見諒
肥宅我之前174/122,花了16個月減到174/82
雖然現在大概都84 85左右
基本上少吃多運動就騙人的
少吃都沒力了,還怎麼運動
我是純粹靠飲食控制
禮拜一 ~ 六 一天兩餐
雞肉飯不加醬不加油+豆腐味增湯
禮拜天大吃大喝不控制,吃到爽
每天一睡醒,拉完屎尿就量體重(電子體重計)
每天紀錄體重體脂,精確到小數點
偶爾宵夜餓到受不了就吃,吃完自行車30km贖罪
前4個月瘦了16公斤
想說讓身體適應,再來8個月正常食量,只是少油少鹽,戒油炸/甜食/含糖飲料
大概又瘦了10公斤
後4個月再來雞肉飯+味增湯,一路減到82
因為胖子要維持一身重量,所以肌肉量不差
瘦下來後inbody數字也還行
本想練成猛男,但還是失敗了...
