食材:
雞腿肉 2支
鯛魚片 4片半片
洋蔥 2顆
雞蛋 4顆
小黃瓜 1支
杏鮑菇 1大條
花椰菜 1大朵
胡蘿蔔 1半支
味增 約30公克
蔥 1支
糙米 三量杯量 約400公克

不敢吃菇就改成其他可以久放也不會難吃的蔬菜啊,絲瓜、
蒲瓜、白蘿蔔、各種瓜類應該都不錯:)
