有點鬆垮垮的身材
身體跟臉腫腫的
大約172公分/66公斤
2個禮拜
要怎麼練出勻稱又結實的體態?
一周大概有3天可以運動
各約30分鐘
每天晚上睡前可以重訓 時間不長 約15分鐘
重訓目前等級 伏地挺身約可做8下3組 很勉強 在多不行
