孕婦的慢運動 - 健身

懷孕前都一直來版上取經,
也因為運動,讓我順利懷孕了,
懷孕前期,有些微出血,所以暫停運動了2個多月,
前天和老公去散步,中間爬了不到5分鐘的樓梯,
回來小腿就痠到不行!
中期也比較穩定,是該開始做一些運動的時候了,
查了一下孕婦的"慢運動",

想請問影片中的孕婦們在做類似深蹲的動作,
膝蓋都是在腳尖的前面,
一直在思考這樣的動作真的好嗎?
雖然孕婦有一個肚子容易前傾,但這個動作不會傷膝蓋嗎?
想請有經驗的版友幫我解答一下,謝謝!
