小弟已經持續跑步約4個月了.大概也瘦了6公斤左右
目前有2種方式在跑
想詢問一下
以瘦身為前提.哪一種方式比較有效果
A方式
0-6分鐘 跑步速度6.5
6-14分鐘 跑步速度8.2
14-18分鐘 跑步速度6.5
18-26分鐘 跑步速度8.2
26-35分鐘 跑步速度6.5
總共時間35分鐘
距離總計4.2KM
平均心跳135
B方式
0-8分鐘 跑步速度6.5
8-13分鐘 跑步速度8.2
13-22分鐘 跑步速度7.0
22-27分鐘 跑步速度8.2
27-40分鐘 跑步速度7.0
總共時間40分鐘
距離總計4.9KM
平均心跳115
以上2種方式.小弟個人感想
A方式比較累.會大量出汗
B方式比較輕鬆.汗水相對較少
請問各位大大哪一種效果較好
