4個月瘦了1.5公斤 但是體脂率 少了12% - 減肥

本人164公分 男性 21歲
2月的時候開始減肥
那時候67.5 現在66
當時體脂率30% 現在18%
熱量攝取一天大約1600~1800大卡
我晚上(深夜)偶爾會吃一些水果(算過大概100多大卡)
平常一般都一點睡覺
每天不是跑步就是游泳 最近是游泳 太陽太曬了
運動時每分鐘心跳約140下
跑步跑50分鐘 (10KM/hr)
游泳平常游約3000M~3500M 一小時(幾乎沒休息的那種)
自由式80% 蛙式20% 偶而會游其他式玩玩
請問一下我這樣減肥速度算正常嗎? 還是我吃太多了??
我看板上有些人半年就10多公斤 體脂也掉得比我快~
還是我吃太多了? 都長到肌肉上?
我目標是57KG
