大家好…
我第一次重訓在高三上學期被同學拉去就喜歡上重訓了
想問問各位以後建議的方向
自己是一個禮拜五天放學沒事就去練
學校有重訓室
(大約三天沒事)
目前主要練法是
拉背(坐著拉槓下來那種)
聽同學說但不知道器材的名子
飛鳥(坐著將左右兩邊向內拉)
都40kg 交替做 偶爾練小腿的
到飛鳥&拉背無法做完
完整一組(10下)就休息
(最近買的滾輪送到了)
放學回家練滾輪50 (大約20&30)
如果當天沒重訓(最近想要執行)
回家大概是 滾輪 心型伏地 各50有能力就100
外加棒次10分(3&4&3)
請問這樣可以嗎?
另外在小問如果有點駝背重訓可以試著矯正嗎?
