競賽者包括「競速自行車選手」、「健力選手」以及「Strongman選手」。
每一位必須深蹲自己的體重(體重低於85KG者,則必須蹲85KG)。
比賽流程及規則如下:
1.將置放在地上的槓鈴上搏並高舉到肩上。
2.開始進行深蹲動作,時間5分鐘,能做幾下算幾下,但槓鈴不能落地。
各選手在影片中所站位置如下:
