大家好.
想徵個line團,互相激勵控制飲食、規律運動.
自介:
1.目前一週運動3次,每次30分.
2.體重67公斤,體脂33%
line團規定:
1.體重65公斤以上
2.每日在line分享飲食(照片,文字皆可)有吃點心也要照哦!
3.每日運動簽到、喝水量2500cc簽到.
4.本團不是嚴格團,我只想控制飲食及規律運動.
有時會吃一小塊餅乾或是巧克力也無妨.但要控制量及頻率.
徵到5人就收~開個小團就好~^_^
