早餐:鮪魚蛋吐司or培根蛋吐司 (不加沙拉) + 中杯紅茶
午餐:便當 (4菜+1主菜)
晚餐:50元便當 or 小七莎拉(266卡)+御飯糰(200卡左右)
其他:偶爾晚餐+一份水果
日常作息時間:晚上10:30左右睡 早上6:00起床
生活型態:教育替代役
運動習慣:
禮拜一到四
1慢跑,做操加收操約10分,慢跑6km 約40分,心跳數約130~140左右
2重訓約30min(6kg啞鈴 練二頭肌(各舉40下)跟三頭肌(各舉20下) and 仰臥起坐50下)
禮拜六到禮拜日
騎腳踏車(距離為蘆洲堤防到十三行博物館,實際公里數不知道)約2小時
我的問題:
請問這樣的菜單跟運動量,一個月大約可以瘦幾公斤?
