本魯最近想要增肌 只是對休息日的
"吃"充滿疑惑 平日運動完通常是
低脂牛奶+無糖麥片+香蕉+奇異果+一份乳清 其實加在一起真的真的很好吃!!
但休息日我反而沒運動我就不知道怎麼吃了.... 建議可以吃超過基代大概多少..因為網
路上反而比較少討論休息日吃法
怕太少肌肉會被減掉 但吃太多又怕太營養變成脂肪囤積....
求求各位巨巨幫忙了
