各位巨巨好,
體重:59-60KG徘徊
身高:177cm
小弟我就是一個不管怎麼吃都很難胖的人,自己記錄的體重曲線上升幅度也超慢,
2016/9 56.5kg、2017/6 57.8kg、2017/12 58.4kg、2018/7 58.8kg,還沒做inbody,
這些紀錄都是長期下來的紀錄,不包含突然到59、60kg又瘦下來的時候,

自己現在有報健工(板橋),現在暑假可以一週去5次沒問題,
開學後應該會減少到只能去4次,因為完全新手,現在都是做固定式器材,
二頭、三頭、坐姿划船、胸肌,這些都是每次去必做的,基本做12下4組,但一定會超過
,
但重量的部分都是抓15-20磅,大部分20磅,有時候會到25磅,
飲食的部分是去之前吃一點沙拉,結束才吃晚餐,會選滷味,然後點雞胸肉,
也不碰油炸類的食物,點個豆乾蔬菜蘿蔔之類的東西。
想問以我這樣的身高體重,該怎麼做比較有效率地增肌,目前還沒設定菜單,
就做上面那些常做的,比較少做有氧,一次去大概就2個小時左右,
