練腹肌強度問題 - 健身

本人身高161 體重48 腰圍26
每天都有慢跑,
瘦到肋骨都跑出來了,但是都沒有塊狀腹肌,
最基本的上面兩塊都沒有,都是平的,
勉強來說在光影之下會有一點點,
如果每個禮拜三天,
每天花練1~2分鐘練腹肌,
請問這樣強度夠嗎?
練腹肌需不需要負重?
